I've been an Airbnb host for 2 months now and I suppose I read this book to see if I was doing things right. I found a lot of substance and reformation after reading this book. I definitely got a few more ideas out of this. For those new to Airbnb, I think you'll find this blueprint plan to be a well organized way to approach your new business.
This Book is an easy read. However, I found there was a lot of grammatical errors, a whole page was missing and the author pushed a company he is affiliated with way to much.
A good outline of what is needed to run a vacation rental. No wasted words, with good recommendations for other management resources.
