Excellent book with detailed information and photographs/maps. Unfortunately the type is very small in general and minute in captions. I had to use my magnifying glass to read it. I returned to one I bought but would definitely buy again if it was made in a larger format with bigger type.

Beautiful book. Beautiful photos. Well written. But DAMN the print is tiny. This book should come with a magnifying glass.

The book is a great up to date review of the practice and discoveries of archaeology.However, beware that the font is extremely small. If you don't have excellent eyesight you may have difficulty reading it.I am using a lighted magnifying device but it's worth it if you are into this type of topic.

This book blew my mind. So many far-out things to consider. I consider myself well-read on the UFO/ET subject, but this book took my knowledge to another level. If you're looking for a book that provides even further evidence to demonstrate that what we already know about aliens is true, this is the book for you. I had never heard about Obama being involved in a secret Mars program! The book discusses many things including types of ETs, the true ecology of the universe and just how vast it really is, time travel, souls and reincarnation, and of course exopolitics. I would recommend this to others who are interested in the topic. There is also a lengthy bibliography in the back which provides even more suggested reading for other ET related books. This is a book I will keep.

This book contains all the information of the previous book "the dimensional ecology of the omniverse, plus possibly some new one. It is written in the same very cumbersome style.Plus I find the idea a bit naive (based on two hypno-therapists) that ALL the aliens mean only good and that all abductions are done for our well-being, and are based on agreeements with our souls. Some maybe are. But then we also have to ask ourselves: how compromised are our souls, and WHO made our souls. Who compromised them? I suppose the the same beings who now play our rescuers. I am tryint to find a book who answers that.

This is a very basic presentation of general and technical information on the 993. I suppose if you didn't know anything about a 993 it might be helpful or if you didn't know anything about Porsche's in general it might help but it's a very thin book (pamphlet?) and doesn't cover much. The evaluation chapters are very generic and very likely if you need to use the guides in the book you probably should pay an expert to do an inspection.I would have given it a lower rating except that the price is quite low so you essentially get what you paid for. Photos are quite small (a result of the format 5 x 7) and in some cases too small to be helpful.

Thinking of purchasing a 911/993, read this book first. Don't purchase the car without doing a LOT of research and this is a good place to start.

Decent, but very basic book, actually more like a pamphlet. Some interesting tid bits, and some great specs were listed. However, Would of preferred a larger book with more pictures.

The content is obviously catered to the cars in England. Not a lot of specific information on issues that I've seen on web forums so I was surprised by that. Problems like the door strap breaking or shocks leaking or the steering rack leaking. The stats and specs were helpful. Overall, probably worth the short money but after reading it in 30 minutes, it just sat on my bookshelf.

I would prefer if there were listing codes to help standardize many of the older magazines and papers. I have trouble listing these older items without a code.

This wonderful, very well-done and in-depth manual is filled with all the background info you need to dive into the world of vintage magazines -- we recommend it highly.

Good book, and in good condition. This covers a lot of vintage magazines and highlights the specific issues of value for the more popular products. Does not cover newer publications.

When we moved into our 1920's home,we found boxes left in the attic filled with old fashion magazines. My husband was ready to trash the lot, but being of the pack rat variety I found a home for them in my office.With the help of The Antique Trader Vintage Magazines Price Guide the door was opened for me to the world of old magazines. The beautiful color photos helped me to easily identify my boxes of "trash" and give them a value.Most important, the love affair the authors have for magazines comes across in their historical entries. The unique way they organize collectible magazine people into Sleepers like OZ artist W.W. Denslow or Stars like F.Scott Fitzgerald makes me want to haunt local yard sales. My major problem with the book was that I became so fascinated that I wanted more. The book could easily have been double in size and information and kept my interest as both a reader and for use as a desk reference. With what I've learned, our next home will hopefully be an 1890's Victorian with a basement full of Godey's Lady's Book magazines.

I've been interested in old magazines for a few years now, and have been looking for a helpful price guide. I just bought this, and I highly recommend it. There's a lot of information, not just about the magazines most of us are familiar with, but also about many lesser knonwn older magazines that have great value due to authors who published their early work in them--e.g. Edgar Allen Poe. It's not just helpful information as a price guide, it's very interesting reading! Lots of great color photos also. I looked through another magazine price guide in a bookstore, and this one is much, much better.

I picked up this book to learn more about vintage ads and magazines I was interested in. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the book a complete guide to magazines but had great analgoies and stories the "editors" wrote within.Great information on a subject that seems to be little explored.
