This is a decent book considering the price which is why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 3. The book itself is larger than I anticipated which is nice. It came in great condition. The pages however are very thin. The main reason why I buy textbooks is to be able to highlight and write in notes without restraint. However, highlighter bleeds through these pages very easily and pen etches into the next page. Very unfortunate considering the reason why people buy textbooks. The book also comes in black and white which I wasn't anticipating. Although I did not thoroughly go through the description, it is strange to me for the textbook to be printed in black and white.Overall it is a great book for the price. Can't complain too much.
Good product. Content relevant for few areas of cape tourism syllabus. Good read for teachers and researchers in tourism
Had to purchase for class, very informative however it seems to be a little outdated as far as numbers and dates goes. So if your for some reason not using this for a lecture class then I recommend keeping this in mind

General textbook information. Needed it for class. Otherwise boorrrrriiiing.
Had to get the hard copy of this book as well, used it in my course as an ebook and it was such a good book. I ordered my own.
